Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working in hospitals, private practice, and as a nutrition professor at a local university. I love combining my clinical knowledge with a personal touch, tailoring advice that fits your lifestyle. Education is at the heart of my work because I believe informed choices empower you to thrive.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring the great outdoors, whipping up new recipes in the kitchen (soups are my favorite!), or enjoying a peaceful hike. Let’s work together to create a healthier, happier you!
